Payment Plans for LLP fine art
A payment plan is similar to a “layaway plan.” I do two styles of plans:
Reserve + Store With Me: You pay installments on the artwork you have reserved and the art is stored by me until fully paid for. The artwork will be off the market, but I will not ship/deliver the work until it is fully paid for. You will be invoiced and make payments per an agreed upon schedule.
Get Your Art Sooner: You will pay installments of the artwork you have reserved and it is stored by me until you have paid 65% of the total cost. At which point, I will collect your credit card information, ship you the artwork, and automatically charge your credit card on the scheduled dates until payments are complete. *Card must be verified with LLP prior to shipping artwork.
You will pay no interest when you purchase your art with a payment plan. You may customize your payment plan with me, prior to reservation where you will choose the size of payments and duration of the plan (up to 12 months).

You may choose how you would like to set up your payment plan, and I will invoice you three (3) days prior to the agreed upon due date.
-You will be charged a $10.00 late fee if the payment arrives later than three (3) days after agreed upon due date.
-If you have opted for the “Get Your Artwork Sooner” payment plan option: if for any reason your account cannot be charged on the scheduled date, you will be charged an additional $50.00. If this occurs twice, the plan will be default, the artwork will go back onto the market, and you will forfeit any payments you have already made.
After each payment is processed, LLP Fine Art will email you a statement showing how much you’ve already paid, and the remaining balance due, so you will always know the balance of your payment plan.
the plan can be flexible but communication is vital
The payment plan you agree to is a contract, but it is a flexible contract. You may always make larger payments or more frequent payments to obtain your artwork sooner, or if you run into unexpected circumstances, we can change your payment plan structure. (for example, smaller payments for a couple months, however the artwork must be fully paid in full within 12 months of the start of contract)
I will work to accommodate most requests, but you MUST contact me and make the request as soon as possible. The goal is to make sure you get the artwork you are investing in! The most important thing is to stay in touch, so please please contact me if you ever need to change the terms of the plan.

If you have initiated a payment plan and for some reason, after having made one or more payments, wish to cancel the plan and receive a refund on payments already made, you may do so under the following conditions:
-Notify me immediately so I can put the artwork back onto the market.
-You will be charged a 10 percent (10%) fee of the total price of the artwork as a service fee.
-If you have opted for the “Get Your Artwork Sooner” payment plan option, cancellations will only be refunded after returned shipped to LLP Studio and inspected for damages. Shipping not applicable for refund.
NONpayment + failure to communicate
If you can’t make a monthly payment, you must contact me as soon as possible. If I do not receive a payment, and I do not hear from you, I will make every effort to contact you and resolve the situation. If I receive no payment or communication from you for 45 consecutive days, you will be in default, the plan will be terminated. The reserved artwork will be put back onto the market and you will forfeit whatever payments you have already made.
*If you have opted for the “Get Your Artwork Sooner” payment plan option, you will be charged on the agreed upon date regardless of communication. You will receive a statement after all charges are made.
WHEN YOU MAKE NO PAYMENTS NOR COMMUNICATE WITH ME FOR 45 CONSECUTIVE DAYS, THE ART WILL NO LONGER BE YOURS, AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
